These Terms of Service govern your use of PisoBot, an AI chatbot builder service operated at https://pisobot.vercel.app. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

PisoBot provides a self-service platform for building AI-powered chatbots that respond to messages on your Facebook Page via Messenger. We provide templates, an AI response engine, and a dashboard to manage conversations and leads.

2. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide a valid email address
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • You must have admin access to the Facebook Page you connect

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PisoBot to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate Facebook's Platform Policies or Messenger Policies
  • Collect personal data without proper consent
  • Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal content
  • Impersonate other businesses or individuals
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the service

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Free plan is available with limited features
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via PayMongo (GCash, GrabPay, PayMaya, or card)
  • You can cancel anytime — service continues until end of billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. AI-Generated Responses

PisoBot uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate some chatbot responses. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your bot's behavior. We are not liable for any AI-generated content sent to your customers.

6. Facebook Integration

Our service relies on Facebook's Messenger Platform. We are not responsible for changes to Facebook's APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the service. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms when using PisoBot.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of PisoBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data privacy laws (including the Philippine Data Privacy Act) when collecting customer data through your chatbot.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Facebook, Supabase, Vercel).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

PisoBot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
